However, there has been no clear details as to what services would be offered but hopeful that it could be one of the best medical facilities in the region. Furthermore, there has been no official statement from Manny Pacquiao but people are crossing fingers hoping that this would become reality.



Medical facilities would be of great help, with the technological advancements nowadays, it is easier to cure any disease and even to identify new ones.
