Di Umano'y Lasenggo, Nilagyan Ng Kulungan sa Ulo Para Tumigil Sa Bisyo

Vices are practices or behavior that are considered an unhealthy or bad habit. One of which is drinking alcohol. Some people drink on Friday nights to cool off stress from work while some drink almost every day just because they want to.

A man was trending all over the net because he caged his head to avoid drinking alcoholic drinks. This was out of the man's free will and no one imposed him to do so.

Since the man would always go on a drinking session every day together with friends or even on his own -- he wanted to quit it through this process.

The holder of the key is his wife wherein she would open the cage when its meal time and drinking non-alcoholic drinks. Even on their family picture, he continues to wear the cage in his head.

Looking at the cage, it has thin spaces between each grill to prevent a straw and even a cigarette stick passing through the gaps. Indeed his reason in wearing this cage might be true.

Those who saw this post didn't hesitate to speak their thoughts. Some thought that if the man really wanted to quit his vices then he should just quit, there is no need to do this. Others applauded his determination in trying to avoid his vices and hoping for his successful quitting.

Self-control and discipline are the most important key factors in changing our lifestyle. Together with the support of the people around us, we can achieve any goal in mind.
